Terms and Conditions

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use a PictureKite photo booth, operated by Daniel Kazakov, or receive or view photos through our service.

Text messages

• Program: PictureKite photo delivery. When you enter your number at the booth and press Send, we text you a link to your photos.
• How many: one message per request. These texts contain no marketing.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP to opt out. We will confirm, and you will get no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email privacy@picturekite.com.
• Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: texting is not required to use the booth or to get your photos, and you may only enter a number you are allowed to use.

Your photos

You may keep and share the photos you receive for personal use. The event's host may also receive and use the event's photos. To have a photo removed from a gallery, email us with your link or the event name and date.

Using the service

Do not use the booth or galleries for anything unlawful or harmful, or to upload or share content you have no right to share.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". Galleries and links may be removed after the period set for an event, so please download anything you want to keep. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos, failed delivery, or indirect damages.

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
