Privacy Policy

PictureKite is a photo booth service operated by Daniel Kazakov ("we"). This policy explains what we collect from guests who use our booths and from visitors to our photo galleries.
What we collect
- Photos and videos taken at the booth.
- Your phone number or email address, if you ask for your photos that way.
- A record of your consent: the wording you saw and the time you agreed.
- Anything else an event asks for, such as your name or answers to a question. These are optional unless the event's form says otherwise.
- Basic technical data when you open a gallery, such as your IP address, which is used for security and to limit abuse.
How we use it
- To print your photos and deliver them to you.
- To show them on a gallery page, if the event uses one.
- To send you marketing, but only if you ticked a separate box agreeing to it. That box is never ticked for you.
Some booths detect faces to start a session or frame a photo, and may remove the background. This processing runs on the booth's own computer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers: Cloudflare stores and serves gallery photos, Twilio delivers text messages, and our email provider delivers email.
- The event's host: the person or organization that booked the booth may see the event's photos, and any details the event's form collected.
- Anyone with your link: gallery links are private and hard to guess, but anyone you share one with can open it.
- The law: we may disclose information when legally required.
How long we keep it
- Phone numbers and emails used only for delivery: deleted 7 days after sending by default. An event can set a different period.
- Marketing opt-ins: kept until you ask us to remove them or we delete the event's guest data.
- Photos and videos: kept for the period set for each event. Copies may also stay on the booth's computer and backups.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Email privacy@picturekite.com to ask for your photos or details to be removed, or to ask what we hold about you. Please include the event name and date, or your photo link.
Children
Our delivery services are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should request delivery for a child. If you believe we hold a child's information, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to guest data, but no system is perfectly secure.

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
